Yes, as long as you tell the people you're talking to that the conversation is being transcribed — that's your responsibility, and Katera reminds you before every session. No audio recording is kept: only the text of the transcript is stored, in your space.
Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and all the others. On the web, you share your meeting tab (with its audio); the Mac app captures your computer's sound directly, with no setup.
Your transcripts and summaries are stored in the European Union. You can delete a session, or your account and all its data, at any time, in one click — GDPR-compliant.
Only actual listening time counts: 2 hours per month on the free plan, 20 hours on Pro, 60 hours on Max. Every hour can be lived live, with the copilot, or deferred — it's all-inclusive. Re-reading your summaries, searching your meetings or chatting with the AI after the call costs nothing.
